About this Test

The Complete Vitamin & Mineral Blood Test covers many of the most important micronutrients as well as some extra vitamins and minerals which are often overlooked. This test provides a more thorough insight into what your vitamin and mineral levels may be. After receiving your results you will be able to make more informed decisions about your lifestyle choices. This can be in the form of incorporating foods which are rich in the nutrients that you need or simply taking the supplements you need.

Differing from conventional blood tests, this method does not yield a direct physical measurement of the body's nutrients but will indicate items that your body may be deficient in. Test results are emailed within 7-10 days following the receipt of your blood sample at the Clinic.

What is the Testing Method?

This test employs Bioresonance technology to analyse a dry DNA blood sample, delivering insightful results. Bioresonance analysis is a safe and non invasive method of evaluating the body's energetic alignments. Our innovative, patent pending approach, analyses the blood sample to chart an energetic blueprint unique to each individual. This blueprint is then matched against the energetic profiles of various markers we assess. A discrepancy between the individual's blueprint and any tested marker indicates an energetic distortion, signaling an imbalance. The magnitude of distortion directly correlates with the level of imbalance, offering a precise measure of bodily harmony and/or disharmony.

Is this the same as a Conventional Blood Test?

The numerical values of both results are not directly comparable because the methodology of testing is different, thus resulting in different numbers being produced by both methods. However, the interpretation of the result should be quite similar i.e. if Iron shows an interpretation of being ‘abnormally low’ on a conventional blood test, this should also be the same with our test. This being said, sometimes there can be slight indifferences due to the sensitivity levels / numerical values of the parameters being set by both methods.

Conventional Blood tests and Bioresonance Blood tests are completely different approaches and therefore not directly comparable. At The Test Clinic, we offer both options to clients and we can draw conclusions from both methods.

Through our experience of blood tests, we have now seen how both disciplines complement each other wonderfully in order to provide patients with a most holistic overview of their health. .

How to Prepare for the Test

Home Test Kit:
Please ensure your finger prick blood sample is taken at least 2 hours after any food or drink intake (except water). If you are taking any prescription medication, please take your finger prick blood sample at least 3 hours after consuming your medication.

Who Should Consider This Test?

A vitamin or mineral deficiency can cause a number of symptoms, depending on your body and what you are lacking. This can range from tiredness and fatigue, to hair loss and body aches and many more. This test not only covers essential micronutrients, but also includes many vitamins and minerals that are sometimes overlooked. For example, although iron is an essential mineral which many people lack, thus causing fatigue, your tiredness may be linked to a B vitamin deficiency. A Complete Vitamin and Mineral Test provides a more insightful analysis of your levels in comparison to a standard GP blood test. After receiving your results you can work towards bringing your body into balance, which in turn can help to relieve the symptoms you may be suffering from. The report can be shown to your GP or health practitioner, to further help aid your health journey and any possible diagnoses.
